  "text": "Technical sheets\nSHEET 1: POLE-AND-LINE TUNA VESSELS\n(2)\nFishing zone:\nBeyond twelve nautical miles from the base lines\n(3)\nAuthorised gear:\nPoles and lines\n(4)\nBy-catches:\nCompliance with ICCAT and FAO recommendations\n(5)\nAuthorised tonnage/Fees:\nAdditional fee per tonne fished\n25 EUR/tonne\nAnnual flat-rate fee:\nEUR 450 for 18 tonnes per vessel\nNumber of vessels authorised to fish\n11 vessels\n(6)\nFinancial incentive for voluntary landing and the sale of catch:\nVessels which land voluntarily in a port in Cape Verde shall benefit from a reduction in the fee of EUR 5 per tonne landed.
